However, we do not endorse the purchase of any product based purely on example colour as it may differ to the product colour.

Mystery Item Terms & Conditions

• Sales are final, items cannot be exchanged or returned
• If your sizing is unavailable, the next best option will be selected
• Styles and ranges include Bisley casual, safety, hi-vis, and FLEX & MOVE
• No customisation requests are available per order

Final Sale & Stocktake Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale", "Stocktake Sale", "Clearance", or "End of Financial Year Sale" are sold on a FINAL SALE basis. This means:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes on Final Sale items
• Final Sale status will be clearly marked on the product page, with a product badge, and/or in the product description
• Discount codes issued via website and marketing channels cannot be used for exchanged Final Sale items
• All Final Sale purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law

Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected. You are still entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) if Final Sale items:

• Are faulty or damaged
• Are significantly different from their description or sample shown
• Are not fit for their stated purpose
• Do not match the product description provided
• Have a major failure or safety defect
