SHIPPING FEES

For orders below $150, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 across Australia.

Enjoy free shipping ($0) for any order over $150.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS (Australia Wide Only)

We currently only ship our products to Australian wide destinations. If you wish to purchase in bulk and have delivery to an International destination, Please contact us by email with your requirements and we will advise on shipping costs and pricing.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of payment if all items are in stock.  

Once despatched, delivery by Australia Post will typically take up to 2-5 days to deliver items for all major metro cities and up to 10 days for regional areas including Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory.

Items with 4 or more items can take extra time to dispatch, please allow for 3 to 4 days when processing orders.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If part of an order is out of stock, you have the option of holding the order until the items are back in stock (if the items are due back in stock within 14 days), or receiving separate orders. You will be contacted with an expected back in stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 14 days in original condition and unopened. Before returning any items please send an email letting us know:

  1. What you are returning
  2. The Invoice number of the order; and
  3. The reason for the return.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling on any returns. Refunds for customer payments WILL NOT INCLUDE any shipping costs.

CHANGE OF MIND & WRONG SIZE/WRONG FIT/WRONG COLOUR

Customers can receive an exchange but no refund. Refunds are unavailable for a change of mind (wrong size/wrong fit) return.

Please note that customers are responsible for incurring all shipping and handling costs on any returns sent back to Trade Wear. Customers will be responsible to pay for any additional shipping during the exchange process.

Refunds for customer payments WILL NOT INCLUDE any shipping and handling costs.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Contact us with details of damage or fault. Be sure to quote your invoice number and we will arrange a replacement.

HEALTH CONCERNS

Due to health concerns, garments that have been worn or washed with a clear sign of use may not qualify for refunds, returns or exchanges.
