For the price of a coffee ($3.95) we will automatically generate you a return label with your purchase which enables you 30 days to send the item back to us. In return we will re-ship the correct size or offer a store credit to repurchase with us later on

You are covered for the free return and exchange/credit for the following issues:

Our regular return policy requires all customers to pay for shipping items back to us. By opting in for Fit Protect you will automatically get an Auspost return label generated for you that will cost you nothing extra to ship back to us.
Usual postage rates from inside Australia with can go up to $15, this $3.95 offer covers all of that.
No. Fit Protect is an replace or credit only solution. Refunds are not issued for wrong sizing or change of mind.
If the garment is faulty or damaged on arrival, then you can opt for a refund subject to approval by our team.
In the event your elected exchanged item is a different value to your original order, you have two options:
- Pay the difference if it's a greater value, we will send an invoice to pay before goods are shipped
- Recieve a refund if the value is under the original product price
Note that for any refunds this will NOT include the shipping price, only the garment price.
We use registered Australian post, general averages can take 3 to 5 days to be processed and received at our warehouse.
Fit Protect only works with Australia Post. We do not offer other carriers as part of this solution.
After your item is processed and your replacement option is nominated, we will reprocess your order within 24 hours of receiving your return.
If you are not interested in a replacement item but would like the value of your purchase (excluding the shipping rates) to be handled as store credit, we will issue you a voucher code. This store credit will not expire and can be gifted to somebody else.
